Heron provides software tools for marketing workflow automation, analysis, and assisted content operations.

Heron is operated by w32r. In these Terms, "Heron", "we", "us", and "our" refer to w32r.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for account security, lawful use, and all actions taken through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
• No use for prohibited industries or content categories.
• No attempts to bypass service limits or payment controls.

5. Billing and Access

Paid access and usage entitlements are granted according to the purchased plan. Refund eligibility and windows are defined in our separate Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific commercial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
